About Live Unvarnished

So...what the hell is Live Unvarnished? The textbook definition of varnish is: "to cover or conceal (something, such as something unpleasant) with something that gives an attractive appearance." Let's be real...that's not life. To live unvarnished means to embrace who we are as human beings...with all our imperfections, quirks, and uniqueness.

I started this project as a weekly newsletter on the topic of being ok with being human. You can subscribe here or in the link above (there's no cost to subscribe -- it's a passion project for me).
